• Question: what is the most weirdest creature you have found in the sea?

      oooh there are lots and lots of weird animals – I think the weirdest I’ve found is the acorn worm which is a new species of deep sea worm which does swirly poo’s on the sea floor, they can move through the water but to be able to they have to empty their guts – which is fun to watch since they are almost completely see through.

      but there are other really weird creatures I would love to see up close like the barrel-eye a fish which has tubular eyes that face up wards through its head – not useful for us but since its head is sea through its great for the barrel-eye.

      Or the black swallower who’s stomach can expand so much it can swallow food bigger than it is, so many weird fish so little time 🙂
