• Question: What has been your best life experiance to date?

      I have a few….I won the top prize at the biggest show in Ireland a couple of years ago with one of my sheep…that was something I had always wanted to win and it was brilliant. Discovering that Hepatitis C infects the brain is one of the best things I think I have done too.

      Probably flying in a helicopter around a volcano and seeing it erupt. Absolutely incredible. I was so lucky!

      Hmmmm I can be soppy and say my nephews telling me they love me is pretty special….

      But swimming with sharks was awesome!

      Argh so many but one was volunteering with a conservation group in Cambodia. We cut free an Irrawaddy river dolphin which had been trapped in a fisherman’s net.

      Its a bit obvious, but having my daughter. Maybe not the birth itself (ouch!), but watching her grow has been the most amazing thing ever. I am always exhausted though – babies are tiring things!
