      To watch a volcano erupt. There really is nothing more exciting/incredible.

      To chill out at the weekends with my sheep and my two dogs, a toy poodle called Fifi and a chocolate labrador called George. I almost love them more than people!

      To go hiking/camping in the mountains with my rucksack, a tent and 2 weeks of supplies. Bliss!!

      I love to spend time with my best friends, I don’t get to see them very much as one lives in Aberdeen and the other in London and I’m in Wales.

      So there is nothing quite like going out for dinner and a night out and spending the next day in My PJs with my 2 best mates 🙂

      Doing fun stuff with my daughter at the weekend. She’s 18 months old and hilarious. We’ll take her to a farm park when the weather gets better – she loves animals (‘BAA BAAS!!”).
